  • A sealed blade to cut the specimen
  • A specimen jar filled with preservative solution

  • A sealed-top bag (the specimen jar with your cord goes inside)
  • A Little Cord Art box, in which you’ll place the specimen jar (inside the sealed-top bag) and information card
  • Pre-paid return FedEx envelope to send the cord sample back to us
